Water Jet Cutting

Water Jet cutting is a process that produces shapes by cutting material with a stream of high pressure water moving at supersonic speed containing abrasive particles. CNC waterjet cutting is an economical method of cutting parts in a very diverse range of materials with no tooling costs. The unique process of CNC waterjet cutting provides good edge quality, fewer burrs and usually eliminates the need for secondary finishing operations. The process also generates no heat so the material edge has no heat affected zone (HAZ) and thus eliminates distortion due to heat. CNC water jet cutting can cut single or multiple layers of material from as thin as .001" to as thick as 8” inches. Take advantage of our volume metal pricing or you can provide your own material.
